We in the Digital Collaboration area make sure that SEB globally has the tools necessary to meet the increasing demands of digitalized work, and we strive to offer the best digital tools possible. As a Lead Designer within Microsoft 365, you will join and continue our modernization and cloud journey with the goal of transforming our current deliveries with a focus on Exchange. Acting as the technical specialist within Microsoft 365 services, you contribute to our initiative by planning and driving the roadmap and initiatives forward.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Digital Workplace provides a wide spread of workplace services to all employees at SEB. We at Digital Collaboration are additionally leading the cloud journey for Microsoft 365. You will be the technical specialist and responsible for the roadmap, development, and performance of this modernization. You also act as coach and mentor for the engineering teams. Through continuous dialogue with stakeholders, we create value for tomorrow by giving them our today.
Your team
You will be a part of a team with other Lead Designers, Service Delivery Responsible as well as our Service Partners. You will also be a key participant in our ongoing Microsoft 365 Program, driving our workplace cloud transition. Your closest team of seven people describe themselves as outgoing, collaborative, and easy-going - hopefully you will as well after we have met!
We work in modern offices next to Mall of Scandinavia, Solna. When we are not working remotely, there are restaurants, a state-of-the-art company gym and the opportunity to participate in group training sessions every week here.
YOUR PROFILE
We believe you are a person with a high curiosity and service-mindedness, open to learning new things to create value. You are interested in working together with a team, driving technology towards stakeholders needs with high precision on set targets for cost, quality, and security. You are process-oriented and comfortable working with large contact areas, in which you communicate with clarity, thus creating trust in your expertise.
To be successful in this role, we see that you have a background in roles such as Solution Architect or Technical Lead in a context where you have experience from the Microsoft architecture, specifically M365 Exchange. Participation in larger migration projects from on-prem to cloud in bigger organizations is meritorious. You are fluent in written and spoken English.
