hela Sverige Hyper Island is looking for and experienced and driven learning designer / client partner to help us create transformational learning programs for our business clients. With your track record of designing and facilitating learning in a business context, you will work with our tailored learning team to to help organizations unlock progress to solve problems that matter.
The work:
Design ground breaking learning experiences for in-house, tailored projects and programmes
Lead complex client relationships that are aimed at building learning programmes for digital business transformation.
Facilitate multi-day learning programmes where you are responsible for the overall choreography of the sessions, and able to converse and discuss with participants on the topics presented by Hyper Island or external collaborators.
Have the potential to be and become a thought leader in an "ownable" topic (e.g. Digital Marketing, Design Thinking, Machine Learning, Digital Business Transformation, etc.) and deliver speaker sessions on that topic in our tailored learning programmes.
Key Competences:
• Affinity with Hyper Island's approach and philosophy
• Ability to communicate and pitch around the transformational value of organizational learning
• Ability to support a client to pitch and build a case internally for a learning/change program
• Ability to assess and synthesize an organization's needs/challenges and translate them into learning solutions
• Ability to design tailored learning/training programs using progressive methodologies including action learning and blended learning
• Ability to work closely with subject matter experts to synthesize and simplify complex topics into accessible learning experiences
• Thorough understanding of corporate structures and dynamics of stakeholder management
• Ability to facilitate par experiences - including everything from sales-oeri
• Ability to coach and guide senior business leaders as they navigate organizational change processes.
You:
You're an experienced and versatile business change facilitator, with a diverse range of experience and a passion for helping organizations unlock progress. You've got experience working for/within a range of small and large organizations where you have facilitated learning and led change. You love the challenge of deeply understanding an organization's needs and translating those into learning journeys. You're a natural communicator and facilitator. Your diverse experience has exposed you to a wide range of business cultures, ideas, and influences. You feel strongly connected to Hyper Island's values and methodology (maybe you even have a previous connection.) And you have a passion for innovation and how technology is transforming the world around us.
Attitude, Experience & Competence
• 5-10 years in training, education, business leadership or consulting (digital / brand / innovation / management),
• A love for learning and human development and a desire to help people and organizations make meaningful progress
• Passion and curiosity toward emergent drivers of change across technology, culture and business.
• A high level of personal responsibility; the ability to work in a very self-leading way
• A growth-oriented attitude that welcomes feedback as an opportunity to get better continuously
• A fearless attitude, and willingness to jump into a new area, learn quickly, and prototype the way forward.
