Microwave & Mobile Backhaul Supply, part of Ericsson Supply Site in Borås, has the supply responsibility for Ericsson's Microwave Networks products. The best known product is MINI-LINK, the world's leading microwave solution, suitable for any network scenario. It enables flexible and speedy network rollout, and provides gigabit capacity and carrier-grade availability. As a Lean Manufacturing Engineer you will be working within an operational development department.
Job summary
The Lean Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for analyzing the flow of manufacturing processes, from both a logistical and physical view, to continually enhance the cost reduction, quality and output of goods. You are also responsible for supporting with the design of new production processes for new products to ensure productivity, quality and profitability for the company.
You will work closely with the organization to coordinate, develop and implement important training for company employees as well as maintain, develop and educate in methods and tools connected to improvement work and business development. You should act as an improvement leader, using and emphasizing lean methods to continuously improve the value flow and spread best practices. Included in the role is driving large improvement projects within own and connecting organization.

Qualifications
What we would like to see in a successful candidate:
• B.Sc or M.Sc in relevant area or equivalent gained through experience
• Extensive Knowledge in and experience from Lean manufacturing and Lean methods
• Experience from driving improvement projects
• Six Sigma Black Belt is a merit
• Fluent in Swedish and English
