Reporting to: Chief Human Resource Officer
Department: HR
Hours of work: Fulltime temporary, 12-14 months

Role description
The HR team are searching for a talented individual to provide HR guidance and support to our growing Nordic Region. As a part of the global HR team reporting into the CHRO, you will partner all levels of management on all employee relations activities and will ensure all HR initiatives are rolled out consistently. You will have a key role in supporting the HR team to achieve its objective of 'attracting, developing and retaining' a team of world-class customer centric employees and to become an Employer of Choice through high performance and excellence in leadership and management.

Key accountabilities of this role are
Build strong relationships with the business and advise, guide and assist line management on employee relations issues, ensuring guidance is best practice, consistent across departments and strategically aligned
Work with line managers to ensure they are aware of all HR processes and policies and they understand what their role is for each one; guide and support them and ensure they know where to find all relevant information
Develop and maintain HR policies that are aligned with global policies, comply with relevant laws and support the Company's broader strategy
Ensure we are offering a great and relevant local benefits package to our employees
HR Roadmap Delivery
Work with the wider HR team

Work with the local HR team to ensure that all HR Services are delivered in a customer centric manner.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of all HR services being delivered to the business
HR Analytics

Produce timely and accurate data on a monthly basis to support monthly HR Metric reporting
Using data to produce insights into HR related topics that will facilitate dialogue with managers and identify business improvements
HR Projects

Work with the global HR team to deliver a broad range of HR projects.
Lead certain projects as agreed in the team or assigned by CHRO and work with business stakeholders to successfully deliver the project.

We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience

• Proven experience working in a similar role, or an HR role that has worked closely with advising and guiding the business.
• Good knowledge of Swedish employment law. Knowledge in Norwegian and Danish employment law is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Swedish and English.
• Experience from a multicultural environment with high diversity is beneficial
• Ability to build good relationships, trust and mutual respect across the organization.
• Ability to work in and adapt to a high pace and changing environment
• Proven ability to produce, analyse and work with HR data to identify and solve business problems
• Excellent prioritization ability and able to manage multiple pieces of work at the same time.
• Strong focus on delivering great customer service to internal customers.
• Great knowledge of the Microsoft Packages.
• Education / Qualifications/ Professional Cerificates
• University degree in PA area or other relevant education
• At least five to seven years of experience of working in similar roles
• Experience in previous independent qualified HR work, preferably in an international organization
