Teacher of Physical Education to teach students on the Natural Science programme, the Social Science programme or the IB (International Baccalaureate) programme.
Within the International Section all courses are taught in English.
Teachers work in cross-curricular teams and we encourage working together with other subjects to aid the understanding of subjects from different perspectives. All teachers are also mentors for a group of students where they offer support to individual students and are the link between school and the parents.
A degree level qualification to teach Physical Education. Have a knowledge of English at native speaker level.
Swedish lärarlegitimation.

Kungsholmens gymnasium/Stockholms musikgymnasium is a popular inner-city scgool with highly motivated students. The school has three sections and this vacancy is within the International Section where all teaching is in English. Many of our students and teachrs are native speakers of English and come from a truly international background. Together with students and staff from our Swedish section and Choir section, this makes for a stimulating and refreshing atmosphere of tolerance and understanding within the school. This is in accordance with our vision "Education and Culture for an active participation in a Globalised world".
We also have a very active Student Union with lots of clubs and societies offering a range of extra curricular activities from Debating to Amnesty and from sports to our Zambia club which supports schooling for students in Lusaka.

Löneform: Månadslön. Individual salary dependent upon experience and qualififications.
Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad.
Krav på arbetslivserfarenhet: Erfarenhet krävs. You should have experience of working with gymnasium level students in PE courses.
Experience of working in a teaching team and using IT in the classroom are also a merit.
Varaktighet: 3-6 månader. Substitute for a teacher on parental leave.
Arbetstid: Dagtid.
