Role Summary
Are you a highly skilled Senior Labour Law Specialist looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We are seeking an expert to provide legal guidance on labour law, collective bargaining agreements, and employment regulations. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with Swedish labour legislation while supporting strategic business decisions related to employment and workplace relations.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead union negotiations and ensuring compliance while fostering a collaborative dialogue with employee representatives.
• Act as the company's key advisor on collective bargaining agreements, ensuring fair and balanced agreements that align with both business needs and employee rights.
• Support HR and management in labour disputes, reorganizations, terminations, and employment contracts.
• Develop and implement labour law policies, negotiation strategies, and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze labour law developments and proactively advise on their impact, particularly regarding collective agreements and co-determination processes.
• Drive a culture of open and constructive dialogue between the company and trade unions to create long-term, sustainable workplace relations.
Who You Are
• You have 5+ years of experience in labour law, preferably in a corporate legal department, law firm, employer association, or trade union.
• You hold a relevant university degree in law, human resources, industrial relations, or business administration with a focus on labour law.
• You possess a deep understanding of collective bargaining agreements, co-determination processes (MBL), and union collaboration.
• You have strong negotiation skills with the ability to find balanced solutions that benefit both employer and employees.
• You are proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to navigate complex labour law issues while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English (both written and verbal).

This Is Us
If you are passionate about labour law and ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we would love to hear from you!
You will be part of Corporate HR's Labour Law & Compensation & Benefits team, a specialized group that combines legal expertise with compensation strategies to support key business decisions.
Our team is uniquely positioned close to senior decision-makers, where we proactively drive legal and compensation strategies that align with both business needs and employee relations. We work cross-functionally, supporting each other across different responsibilities - whether it's handling union negotiations, advising on complex employment law cases, or developing compensation models.
We believe in collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and practical solutions to ensure a strong and compliant workplace environment. If you thrive in a dynamic setting where you can make a real impact, you'll fit right in with us
