The scope of the role will mainly consist of new processing of potential customers and volumes. The ideal candidate for the role should be interested in identifying, creating and developing business from scratch. The candidate should be able to think outside the box and constantly strive to create new methods. Burseryds Bruks products are sold across the globe and our new Key Account Manager, KAM, will therefore have the world as working field, but with main focus in the European market. This means that in this position you should expect about 120 travel days per year.
As a person, you should be able to work at a high pace and have a number of projects running simultaneously. You should appreciate challenges, be solution oriented, and be able to work in a team without being afraid of independent work. We do expect you to understand the purpose and to the have the habit of giving "the little extra" every day.
Personal qualities weigh heavier than formal requirements and for the right person there are multiple opportunities to grow within the company / group of companies.
We are looking for someone with relevant education at university level or equivalent knowledge. Appreciatively with a couple of years of experience in manufacturing industry and/or technology, previous sales experience is meritorious. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement, additional language skills are meritorious. In addition, good knowledge of Microsoft Office and driving license is required.
