hela Sverige Are you a highly motivated Controller with previous experience within Accounting/Financial control from a global corporation? Do you have experience from SAP and outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Swedish? Then we have the perfect assignment for you!
How might one day at work look like?
As a KAM Controlling Specialist you will become a member of the Finance Department and report directly to the Nordic Finance Manager. Your main responsibilities are:
• Trading terms management for Sweden and Denmark
• Accountable for, in close cooperation with the KAMs, creating, updating and verifying all agreements and rebates in SAP.
• Discount tracking and rebate accruals, controlling and analysis
• Accountable for, in close cooperation with KAMs / sales field, creating the promo and releasing the credit notes
• Storing all customer invoices, matching with agreements and rebates in SAP ensuring excellent relations in managing all payments
• Main point of contact for the customer invoicing departments
• Identify and suggest actions on deviations from the results versus forecast with reference to the sales discounts
• Update pricelists on SKU level (stock keeping unit) for Sweden and Denmark
In addition, you will work as the Nordic contact point and super user for all matters related to "order to cash" process as well as handle some external reporting.
Qualifications
• University degree in Finance or Accounting and 2-3 years of experience from similar tasks
• Accurate, analytical and structured as well as flexible positive approach. Resilient, with a "Can Do" mindset
• Responsible and used to meeting deadlines and enjoy working independently, although ready to become a team player when needed.
• A solid understanding of MS Office tools, especially Excel. Good knowledge and experience of SAP
• Great communication skills and fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
