Rebtel is gearing up for a full-on offence on the international calling industry and seeking a Junior CRM Manager to step up its entire CRM activities.

You will be part of the Rebtel Product Team, consisting of both Technical and Commercial Product Managers.

As a Junior CRM Manager, you will be actively driving our CRM strategy together with both our Technical- and Commercial Product Managers.

A successful candidate is a structured person with strong analytical skills coupled with business sense and a passion to drive our users in the right commercial direction.

Responsibilities:

Actively implementing & improving the CRM strategy you have co-created with your new colleagues
Drive the App Performance with smart targeting & creative messaging
Analyze & drive user behavior
Increase User Lifetime by communicating at the right time, with the right message to the right user
Be the power user for all our CRM channels including Email, SMS & Push Notifications
Constantly evolve our strategy, tools, messages & channels
Coordinate all efforts with Acquisition, Customer Service & the Product Team
Keep everyone in the company informed about the progress & achievements

Desired Skills and Experience:

Passion for business and a strong business acumen
Self-directed and independent with the ability to take on and lead individual projects
Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate projects with multiple stakeholders
Structured and with attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables
Strong logical thinking skills
Previous experience of working in a professional environment
Degree in Marketing, Business or Psychology
Beneficial: Basic knowledge of HTML
