Finance and Accounting is responsible for making sure that we can handle all business initiatives in a legal compliant way and ensure that all brands and sales-channels are aligned from an accounting perspective. We are responsible for assuring that the financial reporting keeps up with the high pace. This is an opportunity to join a global organization and a function that works for all brands and sales-channels.
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable (AR/AP) is a central department within our function that works closely together with our colleagues in accounting departments and production offices around the world. We are responsible for handling all supplier invoices and payments within our group. The team consists of 50 accountants and we are now looking for new accounting colleagues!
Your responsibilities
The job as an Accountant comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Scanning and verifying invoices
• Reviewing invoices
• Create payment proposals
• Register invoices for commercial goods
• Intercompany reconciliations
• Account reconciliations
• Communication with production offices and accounting departments
• Develop and improve our internal processes and routines
Your skills
We believe you are a sales-minded, social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your personal qualities also include:
• Degree in business administration/gymnasieekonom/kvalificerad yrkesutbildning and/or relevant working experience
• Fluent in English, booth in speech and writing
• Strong analytical skills
• You can manage a high workload
• You are curious and a fast learner
• Experience from SAP or other invoice handling system is an advantage
We offer a challenging role with the opportunity to influence the ways of working within Global Accounting. You will be given a lot of responsibility from day one and you will be working in a team together with experienced accountants. The position is a full-time position based in Stockholm.
