They are now seeking a "Service Desk IT support" for their internal support based in Stockholm to provide great services and support to their colleagues.

Tasks and responsibilities:
In your role as a helpdesk, you receive inquiries from colleagues by phone and email. You work based on a case management system where you manage lifecycle of ServiceNow-tickets to help your colleagues with IT related issues. You facilitate laptop, desktop, and server request. You also build systems using standard imaging tools and checklists. You help your colleagues at a daily basis using Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Office suite and additional applications like Jira, Confluence, Skype and OneDrive. Further, you troubleshoot and resolve network and telephone issues, administer, and support all types of mobile devices. You work proactively with the maintenance of hardware products and is responsible for ordering new hardware equipment to the office.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• You speak Swedish and English fluently in speech as well as writing
• Experience in a similar role, for example as IT support or user support
• Bachelor's degree or higher at university or college level in technical or software subjects
• Knowledge in Active Directory, Exchange, Windows, and Microsoft Office 365
As a service desk IT-support you take great ownership of your responsibilities, completes the daily tickets, and assure that all errands is completed on time. You are committed and not afraid to take your own initiatives for solving problems. In addition, you are good at planning and driving your work forward and ask for help when needed. Furthermore, you have many internal and external contact surfaces, which means that you understand the importance of good and clear communication. In addition, you are a fast learner, attentive and work in a structured way to constantly move your work forward.
