In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Join a highly skilled team responsible for the Payment & Account products for corporate customers.
Work in a dynamic product area with a lot of opportunities to learn and grow.
Lead the implementation and management of ISO standards across product lines.
Ensure and secure that Swedbank payment products and offering are relevant for partners.
Collaborate tightly with (Agile) Product Owners, Cash Management sales, and other relevant stakeholders throughout Swedbank.
What is needed in this role: Deep knowledge/expert in ISO 20022 XML and ability to work with XML schemes.
Ability to work hands-on to maintain and develop the customer MIG for Swedbank.
Drive the complete ISO 20022 XML solution using a data driven approach.
Work closely with stakeholders and identify dependencies across teams.
Be the natural link between the client facing and IT development organisations to ensure ISO 20022 requirements are integrated into new product designs.
Knowledge of cash management products and from the payment area, preferably from the financial sector.
Analytical skills and a proficient problem solving and business value driven mindset.
Capability to deliver in a changing and fast-moving environment.
To be great team player and have a structured way of working.
Great communication skills in English and Swedish.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field, or a great reason for not having one.
