hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Epiroc AB i Nacka We are now looking for an International Compensation and Benefits Manager to be part of the new Eprioc Corporate Human Resources team. In this role, you will front a small, highly professional and experienced team, together responsible for the implementation and development of Epiroc's global mobility policy, as well as compensation and benefit management within the Group. You are also responsible for the operation's overall finances.
Competence-areas for the team include: Global mobility; compensation structures and salary setting; pensions and insurances. Knowledge and experience of associated tax issues is also important, as well as financing of the full scope of operations in an optimal way.
The starting-point is to actively contribute to building this new team and safeguarding the stability and continuity of ongoing operations, as well as support to international assignees and the business globally. The focus will then move to spreading knowledge of these competence-areas throughout Epiroc, and catalyzing the continued development our policies and practices to fulfill business needs and reflect market best practices.
The ideal candidate is a senior generalist with good knowledge of the competence-areas, and with deep experience in a couple of them. This is a small team of motivated professionals, so people management is minimal; you need to be a hands-on team-player able to front the full scope of responsibility. As the same time, you will be overall responsible for continuous improvements, as well as active management of the operational costs.
This position reports to Vice President Human Resources for Epiroc.
Experience requirements
You have solid knowledge of global mobility, compensation structures and salary setting, pensions and insurances, as well as associated tax issues. You have deeper, hands-on experience in at least a couple of these areas. You have successfully managed budgets and the financial flows associated with international benefit plans. Tax expertise is a merit.
Education
You have a university degree in a relevant subject. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.

Company presentation
Atlas Copco's Board of Directors announced in January 2017 that it will initiate work in order to propose to the Annual General Meeting in 2018, to decide on a split of Atlas Copco into two parts. Atlas Copco will focus on industry and Epiroc will focus on mining, infrastructure and natural resources industries. The current Mining and Rock Excavation business area - core of the future Epiroc - provides equipment for drilling and rock excavation, a complete range of related consumables and service through a global network. The business area innovates for sustainable productivity in surface and underground mining, infrastructure, civil works, well drilling and geotechnical applications. Principal product development and manufacturing units are located in Sweden, the United States, Canada, China and India.
Epiroc Group Legal will be a small team of lawyers covering a large geographical area and a wide variety of businesses.
