Managing and developing the sales, profitability and contractual compliance throughout all subsidiaries of a set portfolio with Swedish and Norwegian based headquartered international customers. The role will mainly be developing existing international contract, but will include New business.
Key result areas:
Effectively manage and maximize business potential at an International level, whilst ensuring contractual terms are met through all subsidiaries.
This includes:
• Achieve growth and margin targets set by Head of International
• Negotiating contract renewals and maximize business potential
• New business activities will be included in the role
Regularly liaise with International colleagues to build solid relationships, working together to develop sales and profitability in all markets.
Strategically compile annual business plans, compliance projects and reviews with all contracts, with the aim to grow business and profitability.
Dedicate specific focus to completion of administrative tasks, ensuring all international administration is reported accurately and in an efficient manner.
Work to Lyreco's current procedures and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Very well known with excel.
• Able to work from home based office in practical sence and diciplin.
• The job includes travel inside Scandinavia and Europe. Flexibility is
a must in regards to travelling.
• You are efficient and manage time well.
• Good at prioritizing.
• Good project management skills and coordination.
• You are a responsible, trusted and business orientated person.
• You are a strong negotiator handling local issues & global strategies.
• You need to have experience in sales, International experience is a
plus.
• Background of dealing with major/key accounts.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with high levels of
resilience.
• Demonstrated career longevity and progression.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in Swedish or Norwegian and
English.
• Very good communicational skills
