StudentWork and Nordicmind is looking for a driven candidate to start-up the Inside Sales & Operations in Stockholm. Nordicmind is a value added distributor with key focus in IT continuity and infrastructure security architectures. The end customers represent all industry verticals covering telecommunication, finance, media, healthcare and governmental departments across 11 countries in EMEA and CIS. Nordicmind imports and distributes carefully selected products and solutions. Solutions are typically delivered in close cooperation with major system integrators, ISV's and hardware vendors.

Work description
The Inside Sales & Operations Specialist supports the Scandinavian Sales Organization. The position is based in Stockholm and focused on supporting the relationship with Nordicminds resellers and channel partners, qualifying sales opportunities, making quotations, placing orders and working closely with the presales technical specialists to ensure that the necessary products are provided to convert leads into sales. The tasks further include regular follow-ups with partners to ensure that leads, opportunities and renewals are addressed. As Inside Sales & Operations Specialist you will be working in a dynamic team within a rapidly growing company and have the opportunity to influence your own work routines and practices. Daily tasks include:

• Close work with resellers and channel partners by email and phone
• Efficiently following up all sales leads and questions
• Ensuring that leads, opportunities and renewals are closed and that all options to up-sell and cross-sell are being used
• Enter and manage business partners, quotations, purchase orders and invoices in the ERP system
• Enter and manage lead, account, contact, and opportunity data in the CRM system

As Inside Sales & Operations Specialists you will also coordinate internal resources, sales, presales and accounting when needed. You report directly to the Managing Director.

Who are you?
• Fluent English, must speak Swedish
• Experience of telesales, inside sales or other suitable commercial experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication. Good presentation skills are a plus
• Experience using Word processing, Spreadsheets and Presentation tools. Proficient in using Email, Groupware and Social media tools
• A basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
• Ability to work as part of a young and dynamic team whilst demonstrating flexibility, autonomy and a desire to make things happen
• Need to be a high-energy, motivated self-starter as well as a team player
