The service is full time and is starting as soon as possible (but with the right candidate DigitalRoute can wait till February 2017). ABOUT THE JOB
DigitalRoute is an integrate platform that could be used for all critical use-cases, yet simple to configure and use providing the power of agility to allow quick change. Today DigitalRoute is the recognized global leader in mediation and with their mixed go-to market strategy the enabler for many other data management applications under OEM white label. Their performance is off the charts and their flexible and cost-effective platform empowers users to innovate in multiple mission-critical areas of their business including billing mediation, service control, policy enforcement, routing, control and others.
In the role as Inside Sales Manager you will initially work as an inside sales representative, as well as setting out the structure for a possible larger team. Build structure and set up process for monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. The reason DigatalRoute is seeking an Inside Sales Manager is to assist their field representatives who are scattered throughout the world. You will take the first lead in the sales cycle and distribute the clients to the field sales staff depending on location. Depending on the situation and client, you will be responsible for the entire sales-cycle.
This is a fulltime position and you will be working during office hours. DigitalRoute's office is centrally located at Drottninggatan in Stockholm City. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked at a call center for the past few years and wants a new challenge.
This recruitment process is managed by Ryska Posten Bemanning and DigitalRoute's desire is that all communication regarding the position goes through us. You will be employed by Ryska Posten Bemanning and work as an ambassador at DigitalRoute. DigitalRoute's intention is that you eventually will be employed directly to them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the cooperation.
DUTIES AT WORK
As an Inside Sales Manager you will, in addition to build a call center from the start, have duties that will vary from:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Set and track sales targets for you & your team
• Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements
• Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
• Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
QUALIFICATIONS
• Have several years' of proven inside sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Experience of Software sales (preferably middleware/integration tools) or IP related products.
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
• Strong listening and presentation skills
