Position Title : International Experience Canada (IEC) Assistant
Position Number : LE-05 / EXT-415147
The Embassy is looking for 1 person working full-time (5 days per week) and 1 person working part-time (between 2-3 days per week). The distribution of duties between the 2 positions will be done when the candidates are selected.
Starting Salary : Full time : Annual 309 218 SEK or Monthly 25 768 SEK
Part-time : Annual 154 609 SEK or Monthly 12 884 SEK
SUMMARY OF DUTIES
IEC Assistant
Under the general supervision of the Designated Immigration Officer, the incumbent acts as first point of contact for the Nordic countries "Working Holiday and IEC" Programs; performs routine application processing actions including revenue collection; responds to all mail, e-mail, phone enquiries on IEC received from potential clients, travel agents and the general public; prepare regular statistical reports; provide updated information to the mission's website and performs other related duties as required.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
N.B., failure to meet any of the essential requirements eliminates candidates from further consideration in the competition
• Having completed a secondary school diploma
• Fluency in English and Swedish (oral and written)
• Fluency in French (oral and written) - mandatory only for the receptionist position
• 1-2 years of experience in similar functions
• Good computer skills

• Valid work/residency permit for Sweden
