hela Sverige Grid Automation Products is looking for a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) specialist for our site in Västerås to work together with us in an international environment with plenty of opportunities. In this role you will be part of the HSE team that is dedicated to support and drive HSE improvements for the site in a global organization.
As an HSE Specialist your main responsibilities will be to drive the Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability fields, as well as our facility management for the site with our usage of offices and workshop, security and fire safety.
The main focus of the HSE support is towards Management team, Line functions and processes.

Your responsibilities
Drive and promote a strong HSE & Sustainability culture within management team. Support and coach responsible managers and key functions on how to act and what to do.
Manage goals within HSE, follow-up and reporting of KPIs
Conclude and analyze the HSE stakeholder requirements, incident investigations and audit result on an overall level to see patterns, root causes, risks, and trends within the organization.
Deliver value-added findings, opportunities for improvements and best practices in a constantly changing and growing environment.
Train, coach and support the organization in Health, Safety and Environmental issues.
Provide assistance and support to external and internal audit team as required. Perform or support internal audits of management systems against the requirements of ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018.
Lead/assist in the performance of special reviews as well as hazards and incident investigations as assigned.
Drive facility management activities
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive, structured, flexible, driven, and pro-active mindset.
You have solid communication and influencing skills to address and build trust with people on different organizational levels.
As you will be part of an international environment, both Swedish and English is a must, both written and spoken.
You have a university degree in bachelor or master 's, preferably within health and safety, environment, Sustainability, or related field. Lack of formal education may be compensated by longer relevant experience and documented achievements.
Experience from work with HSE requirements and or evaluation.
