In collaboration with us at Wise Professionals Mölnlycke Health Care are looking for a driven HR Analyst and Administrator to support the Mölnlycke Health Care business. You will be part of the Global Talent and Rewards Team. You will be hired as a consultant through Wise Professionals for initially six months. The position is full-time, start date is as soon as possible and you will be based at the Gothenburg HQ.

Job description

The role consists of two main areas, supporting the global compensation cycle (bonus calculations and payments, salary increases, etc.) and supporting the rollout of a new compensation system.

Your main responsibilities:

Global System support Performance & Reward (SuccessFactor)

- Send out Performance forms for new comers during the year

- Assign Bonus Plans

- Validate Objective setting

- Support with system questions from HR

- Update system guidelines
Global support with data collection and validation connected to Global Annual Salary Review
Support during the Annual Salary Review

- Update data errors and changes during the process

- Support HR globally during the process
Global support with data validation connected to Bonus plans and Bonus Payout
Support with system transition and data validation

Qualifications

You need to have a both a good understanding and a passion for systems. This would include mastering Microsoft Excel.You will need and will use the ability to analyse different kinds of data quickly and with insight.You will be solution-oriented.You will be fluent in English as you will connect with a global network of HR professionals for collecting and managing data as well as for giving them support.
