Assignment Details:
Location: Västerås
Start Date: January 15th
Duration: Consulting assignment until May 2024
Job Overview:
As a Compensation & Performance Partner, you'll be an integral part of HR strategy execution for a specific functional area in Europe. Collaborate with global Performance & Reward teams, HR Business Partners, and HR Services to provide seamless HR support to the business. Your responsibility includes:
* Contribute to and execute HR strategy in the Compensation & Performance domain for Sweden, Finland, Norway & Baltics.
* Manage and direct compensation programs, ensuring alignment with company philosophy and legislative compliance.
* Implement total rewards processes in alignment with ABB guidance.
* Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to address HR issues and provide effective solutions.
* Monitor Total Rewards market trends for consistent solutions.
* Develop and implement country/region-specific programs in consultation with global Expert Services.
* Act as a key point of contact for Group Expert Services and contribute to design projects.
* Serve as a project manager for local Compensation initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
* Experience in HR/Compensation.
* Expertise in compensation programs, HR strategy, and global organizational dynamics.
* Experience in a global organization with cultural sensitivity.
* Pragmatic, decisive, and solution-oriented with proven economic skills.
* Effective communication and collaboration with HR colleagues and executives.
* Service-oriented with a high degree of independence.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HRIS (e.g., SAP/Workday).
* Fluent in English for business communication.
