We are now looking for an HR Manager to the CEO Office.
Job Description
As HR Manager, your mission is to support the CEO Office with a strategic and operational employee focus that makes a difference for our business success.
As an HR Manager you are overall accountable to set and implement the HR strategy, to reach both long and short-term goals. The HR Manager will also strategically and operatively manage and secure HR processes.
You will be reporting to the CEO Office and have one direct reporting HR.
Set, implement and follow up the Colleague strategy connected to our strategic plan and goals.
Together with the other leaders in the People and Organisational Development team, be responsible for organizational planning and change management on both team and organizational level.
Responsible for the strategic and operational HR agenda within the function.
Partner in driving the inclusion and diversity agenda and activities together with colleagues.
Lead and drive improvement projects related to business needs and people impact.
Own and plan HR timeline and yearly people processes such as talent management, performance management and salary review.
Act proactively as a consultative and coaching partner towards managers.
Through analysis of relevant statistics & KPIs and by people knowledge ensure the right investments.
Ensure that the H&M Group's values are part of all HR-processes.
Contribute to the alignment of the HR agenda and strategy for Group Management offices.

Qualifications
We believe you have/are:
You are a visionary and inspirational leader with the ability to bring strategy into execution by creating result through others. You have the ability to lead and collaborate in an agile and fast-moving environment when we now entering the next Chapter. You lead, coach, and constantly develop the HR capabilities within the function to ensure an operational and strategic HR support that brings value to the business. You also have the responsibility to enable H&M Group's brand plan and drive the shared HR objectives within the function. You bring future trends and external insights into the development of your function to ensure we are in the forefront in how we enable and support.
Additionally, we see that you have:
An educational background preferably in Human Resources/Organizational Management/Business, or similar knowledge from experience.
Extensive experience from a similar role.
A skilled HR professional who makes a business impact by understanding how the business works and how HR can add most value.
Extensive experience in setting and implementing People-strategies.
Strong leadership skills - you act as a role model who always lives and talks our H&M values.
Strong communication skills and you are comfortable in taking decisions.
An analytical, insightful, curious and a business-oriented mindset.
The ability to switch seamlessly between strategic and operational focus.
Experience from working in an international environment.
As a person we believe you are humble, curious and understands business needs by taking a holistic approach.
Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing.
Experience from managing Union relations and knowledge in Swedish labor law
Experience from leading the people side in change and driving large change initiatives/transformations.
Proven experience from leading in change and creating high-performing teams.

This is a full-time permanent position based in Stockholm. In this position you report to Sam Miller, Head of CEO Office.
