KRY Sweden is expanding and evolving our services, and we are now looking for an experienced HR manager to join the Sweden Medical Operations team. In this role you will work closely with the managers and employees operating at the heart of KRY Sweden - delivering world-class healthcare. You will lead a team and play an important role in scaling and optimising our digital as well as physical healthcare offering. Since this is a new role, you will work with setting up the HR processes and ways of working for our healthcare personnel in close cooperation with the business.

We are looking for a senior HR professional with proven track record from the health sector. You will be based at KRY headquarters in central Stockholm, Sweden.

What you will do

• Manage a team working with supporting the clinicians in our physical clinics as well as digital service
• Develop HR Processes for the clinicians working with our digi-physical healthcare offering in order to attract, recruit, develop and retain the right employees for us, including but not limited to:
• Develop key competencies and behaviours for clinicians aligned with our values
• Recruitment processes
• Performance management processes

• Compensation & Benefits strategy and salary review
• Support managers to motivate and scale their employees and teams dedicated to working with our healthcare professionals
• Drive people initiatives/projects in tight collaboration with Global People Operations team, roll out and follow up on initiatives, measuring progress
• Systematically drive work environment processes and make sure KRY is compliant and best in class
• Collaborate with Medical Operations as well as with Global People Team, ensuring we are the preferred employer for healthcare professionals

Experiences and competencies required for this role

• Degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration or other relevant field
• Solid leadership experience within HR with 10+ years of work experience with broader HR, preferably from working in healthcare
• Experience from working with change management and implementing and driving initiatives and change projects in larger organisations
• Deep knowledge of Swedish labor law, particularly for healthcare
• Excellent people skills - you believe in the greatness in people. You are able to communicate well with stakeholders, being assertive and to the point, You want to improve and ask for - and give constructive feedback and when collaborating, you assume good intentions
• Track record of being a doer, having delivered HR initiatives and change activities independently and successfully
• Great communication skills in Swedish and English, in speaking as well as writing
• Ability to be structured and efficient with attention to detail
• A dedication to being creative and process driven at the same time, constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
• A curious and open growth mindset - striving to develop and learn by trying
