JOB DESCRIPTION
Axis is a Swedish-based IT company, operating worldwide with sales offices in more than 20 countries and a net sale of 2 301 MSEk (2009). We are about 800 employees (and constantly growing) of which 500 are located in our HQ in Lund and 300 in our global sales organization.
Axis is the global market leader in network video and is very successful. During 2010 we plan to expand the organization with 120 employees, following our long-term growth plan.
Due to the expansion and an increased workload we have to improve our processes and continue to develop the way we work and give our employees and manager's help and support. For that propose we are now opening a new position as HR Manager - Comp & Ben/Admin in the HR Department.
Together with the Compensation & Benefits Specialist and HR-helpdesk coordinator you will be responsible for:
• Providing general HR-support for managers in Sweden concerning compensation and benefits matters
• The salary review process
• The relations and negotiations with the trade unions
• Insurance, pension plans and the compensation and benefits structure
• Actively and regularly benchmark benefits and labour conditions
• Establish policies and processes within the HR area
• The pay roll function, in-house or outsourced
• The HR Information system
• Updating structure and content in the Employee Handbook, Sweden
• Management of the Comp & Ben/Admin team members - today two colleagues
• HR-related projects or tasks as assigned by the CPO
You will report to our CPO.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a driven and experienced HR individual with experience of leadership in a fast growing organization.
We believe you have a general interest within the entire HR area and a specific interest in labor law, administration, compensation and benefits. You are passionated about your work and believe in your ability to make a difference in an organization by taking initiatives, being service-minded and standing up for your opinion.
We believe you enjoy working in a role where high pace, multi tasking and variation is essential for your success. In order to perform well we believe you have the following background and qualifications:
• A university education within Human Resource Management or similar
• Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience
• At least 3 years experience from a management position
• Very good English and Swedish skills, especially in writing
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Very good knowledge in MS Office and in HR Systems
• Accurate mindset and high quality perspective
• Drive and initiative
