WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Axis is investing in the future and our ability to take care of and work with our most valued resource, our people (#cliché but true). We truly believe that IRL face to face interaction will always be the number one way to build engagement and support our people. However, we understand that in order for managers, HR and employees to do this in a qualitative and efficient way we need to provide support when it comes to sharing information and driving our worker related processes forwards.

Axis is hosting all global worker data in Workday. The implementation of Workday HCM and compensation solution was finalized in October 2018 and now we are looking forwards to further develop and add functionality to our platform. Next up in the roadmap is Recruitment and Learning which will be launched during 2019.

As part of the HRIS team you will, in cooperation with your colleagues, be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our global HCM solution and work in projects with aim to add functionality. You will work in close cooperation with the HR team, IT and our other stakeholders in order to make sure that we are keeping Axis business needs as our number one priority.

Axis is building internal competence in regard to our ability to configurate our own Workday solution. A natural part of your job will be to optimize and configurate our Workday solution. Bigger changes and projects are handled with the support of external partners. Your day to day task will contain but not be limited to:

Configurate and optimize Axis Workday solution
Be a project resource when we add functionality
Provide support and training to Managers and HR community
Collect information and drive dialog with our stakeholders regarding their needs
Data management
Build reports
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an engaged and curios individual with experience from working in a modern HRIS environment. In order to be successful in the role we think you need to love systems and structure but also get energy from interacting with your customers and stakeholders.

It would be absolutely fantastic if you have experience from working with Workday, even better if you have formal Workday training and certificates. However, we believe that the most important thing is that you have previous experience from working as a HRIS Specialist, developing and maintaining a modern HRIS environment.

In addition to above we believe you have/are:

University education:
o HR (or similar field) in combination with experience and knowledge from IT
o or IT (or similar field) in combination with HR experience
At least 3 years' experience from working (developing and maintaining) a modern HRIS environment
Structured and organized.
High attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Excellent English skills (written and verbal) + at least one additional language.
Administrator skill level in an HR System.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Preferably you have experience from HRIS implementation projects
