HRBP at Scania IT - We drive real change

Dear future member of our HR team,
Let me start by telling you what a brilliant and warm HR team you have the possibility to join. It's a team of 10, with a common goal to deliver high-value people and culture deliveries, and we are dedicated to our own agile development. Your role as HRBP
As an HR BP at Scania IT, you develop a resilient organization from a competence, learning, and performing perspective. We are currently looking into how to accelerate our learning culture, reinforce our leadership, and how to support our transformation from data-rich to insight-rich. With several years of experience in a similar broad role, you understand the whole HR ecosystem. You also know that working in management teams and balancing the long-term goals and the short-term operative HR issues is both satisfying and challenging. Who we think you are, you

• have a relevant university degree, or equivalent work experience are a fast learner
• build and support your ideas on hard facts and research
• can shift between developing strategic initiatives and doing what needs to be done
• you are well-versed in digital tools and have analytical skills
• are able to think global and act local and involve the end-users in your development
• believe in a culture of transparency, collaboration, and trust
• understand the agile context and are genuinely curious about agile ways of working
• experience of big tech companies is a merit
