www.metso.comWe are looking for a HR Business Partner for Metso's Power business line to be responsible for business related HR activities and work with Power business line management teams. Metso's Power business line designs and manufactures power generation and chemical recovery systems for energy producers and the pulp and paper industry, globally. Our main products are power and recovery boilers, evaporators, environmental protection systems and service.
You will act as a Strategic partner in selected Power business leadership teams to translate business strategies to Human capital priorities and actions plans. Your role is also to focus on long-term resource, capability and talent management. You support Management teams in HR matters like: senior management recruitments, targets and performance management.

To be successful in this position you should have a B.Sc. degree in Human Resource Development or equivalent education. You have 3-5 year of experience working as a HR generalist or HR manager preferably from a global environment. It's a benefit for this position if you have experience from working in a matrix organization. You are an independent person with a strong drive. You take initiatives and have the ability to work independently to deliver results. You have very good skills in presenting and negotiating. You express yourself fluently in Swedish as well as English, both spoken and in writing. The job requires some travelling, mainly in Europe but also to other regions of the world.
