Are you interested in working within Human Resources within Distribution Nordic Operations?
We are now looking for an HR Business Partner for Vattenfall Distribution Nordic. You will be a member of the Management Team in Local Networks and report to the Head of HR of BU Distribution. As part of the Nordic Distribution Human Resources unit, consisting of six employees, you will also coordinate one or more HR processes internationally and work together with our HR colleagues in Distribution Germany.
Responsibilities
As HR Business Partner you work closely together with Local Networks managers towards our strategic ambitions. You will need to be able to work in all relevant HR processes such as salary revision, competence development, My Opinion, Management Planning etc. You will also be a natural partner for your unit in the Business Planning process regarding HR issues especially Resource Management. In addition you will be process owner for one or more of our HR processes to make sure that we work as coordinated and efficient as possible.
Your qualifications
You have an academic degree within a relevant area and a couple of years of experience from working within HR of which preferably at least one to two year as an HR BP.You have experience of organisational development and change processes and feel familiar with negotiating with the unions.
We welcome Line manager experience. You must have a good command of spoken and written English. Any other language skills used in Vattenfall today would be beneficial.
We are looking for a business minded individual with an ability to realize the contribution of HR to the strategic business goals. You have good communication skills - listening skills combined with courage and integrity. Personal qualities such as performance orientation, willingness to learn about new businesses, strategic focus, good co-operation skills and an open mind, are extra important.
