You will be part of the local management team and the HR community for the GPHE Operation organization.
About the job
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in guiding and supporting our managers to create a world-class business. You will be an important cultural ambassador and work closely with our global HR Business Partner and functional manager to exchange information, coordinate, and develop our GPHE division.
Your direct manager is the Factory Manager. You will be part of the local management team, working on negotiations, gender equality, work environment issues, salary audits, and rehab cases, among other areas. You will also collaborate with our union representatives for IF Metall, Unionen, Ledarna, and Sveriges Ingenjörer.
Who you are
You are someone with a few years of experience with a strong focus and knowledge in Labor Law that wants to apply your learnings and grow with us. We are looking for someone who can easily build trusting relationships with, is outgoing, and responsive. You have a strong drive to lead and support change, you possess high integrity, business acumen, are results driven and have the ability to prioritize. You should be thorough and communicative and be able to express yourself in Swedish and English both orally and in writing. You look at the big picture but can also capture the details and work with them.
What you know
• You should have experience working with HR-related topics in the broad spectrum and enjoy working in a process-oriented manner
• You support and inspire our managers by being hands-on, driving organizational, leadership, and competence development to stay competitive/attractive on the people side (for people) and to create customer value
• If you have a university degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or similar, are proficient in Swedish labor law
• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
