To be prepared for this challenge, and to ensure that our competence supply is aligned with the demands of our customers' business, we are now looking for a strategic, flexible and business-minded HR Business Partner (HRBP) with an edge in Employer Branding and Recruitment.

The location for this position is in flexible, preferably within Europe.

Key performance areas
As HR Business Partner for our Global Marketing & Communication function with approximately 200 employees, your overall mission is to enhance organizational performance from an HR perspective in alignment with business needs. You take full ownership of the HR delivery in your area of responsibility, as you develop, implement and secure the measures and activities needed to develop a culture of a high performing organization. This includes supporting strategic initiatives and providing HR expertise and support to achieve strategic business goals. You continue developing and securing the implementation of the People Strategy within the organization, and ensure compliance with global policies, local legislation and labor agreements. You also manage and secure core HR policies and processes such as Talent & Succession Management, Performance Management, Diversity & Inclusion and Resourcing. You will also need to fully participate in our drive for enhanced Digital way of working.

The other part of your mission, is to take lead in the Global Employer Branding and Recruitment Strategy for Sandvik Coromant, enabling us to be in the fore front in the area of attracting, recruiting and onboarding future employees. Together with the Sandvik Coromant HR community, you plan for activities needed to ensure talent acquisition of current and future competences in line with our business strategy. Working in close collaboration with our Marketing & Communication team and the Sandvik Group's entire HR community, you also ensure consistency to our Employee Value Proposition, and with excellent stakeholder management you drive global strategies and roadmaps to secure the execution of local action plans.

In this role you will be a part of the Marketing & Communication Management team as well as the Global HR Management Team of Sandvik Coromant. Monthly travel is a natural part in this position.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a university degree, preferably in HR, or with equivalent knowledge gained through work experience. You have experience from various HR or business assignments and are skilled in managing stakeholders, understanding business contexts and leading global projects. The ability to work effectively within a matrix organization is a key to success in this role, as is experience from change management. You have solid experience and knowledge, as well as a deep interest in the areas of employer branding and recruitment. Experience from global organizations and industries is a plus. As we work in an international setting, you have good skills in English, both written and verbal.
