REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this position you are a person with drive and ambition, who is people and business minded, takes initiative and have excellent communication skills. You have a proven ability to coach and counsel managers. You have the capacity to convince build-up relationship based on trust and reliability. You are results driven, persistent and flexible. It's essential that you maintain a high-level and up-to-date in Human Resources area of expertise to provide added value to the business.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally with experience from a large international company. Relevant University degree and fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish is a must. You are familiar with talent management, diversity, compensation and benefits and the Swedish context in terms of legislation, labor law and employee relations. Experience from HR role covering both white collar and blue collar is a plus.
