About the role
At Civil Rights Defenders we are proud of our HR work and we are aiming to be a market leader in HR within our business field. You will be part of our HR team consisting of an HR Partner and the Head of HR. You will be reporting to the Head of HR.
Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the HR team as well as act as link between HR, Accounting and Payroll.
The role offers great variety, including work tasks such as:
• Update our staff database;
• Assist with the hiring process;
• Prepare employment agreement & certificates.
• Plan and perform recruitment activities with recruiter in charge, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews for job candidates;
• Assist with organising social and health activities for staff;
• Assist in visa-application to migration board;
• Responsible for collecting quarterly KPI data;
• Assist in collecting various staff data;
• Administrate and report CRDs Erasmus+ project.
About you
We assume that you are currently enrolled in an education and are looking for a part-time job with great flexibility when it comes to working hours.
As a person you easily adapt to changing circumstances and you see the possibilities in change. Although you like to plan, organise, and prioritize your work in an efficient way to keep time frames and deliver results according to organisational goals and quality standards. You communicate well, you demonstrate an interest in and understanding of others by attentive listening and by providing feedback.

To be suitable for this position you have:
• Preferably an ongoing or finalized Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration;
• At least one year of working experience;
• Documented experience of working with administrative tasks, finance or in the service industry;
• Proficiency in English and Swedish;
• Strong IT skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word.
Other merits for the position are experience from working in Teamtailor or other recruitment systems, experience from the NGO sector and/or experience working with HR and/or in an international context.
About the employment
This is a temporary part-time (50%) employment for 12 months, starting in November 2022 or as soon as possible with the possibility to extend.
