What are my responsibilities?
You will be responsible for Marketing & Communication across Nordics, from strategic planning to implementation. This includes external & internal events, digital Marketing initiatives and creating incentive programs as well as driving measurement and KPI 's across the business to ensure data-driven-decision. Setting policies and guidelines across the Nordics. You will lead strategic development and implementation of marketing programs, channel and pricing strategies to ensure business and profit growth and driving the NPS process across the Nordics countries. You will be responsible for the Nordics Marketing budget in alignment with respective Nordics stakeholders.
Furthermore, you will lead the Nordic marketing team and you will support and advise the sales organization and the SFS Nordics Management in strategic Marketing & Communication related topics.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
As a person you are driven and motivated by achievement of targets and results, with the "can do attitude". We expect you to have demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Min. 5 years proven marketing experience and are familiar with a variety of marketing concepts, practices and processes
• Strong experience of digital marketing activities
• Proven leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills
• Strategy thinker and willingness to handle operational tasks
• Excellent English language skills is required
