As part of the Brand & Marketing team at Scandic Group, you will work closely together with your team, other commercial departments and local marketing teams across the Nordics to maximize customer lifetime value, loyalty, revenue and bolster the Scandic brand perception.

With a customer centric and multifaceted approach, the aim is to inspire and retain existing customers while expanding on a new customer base by further develop an innovative and world class loyalty program designed for the many people.

The Head of our Loyalty program Scandic Friends is a pivotal part of a thriving, inspiring and fun leadership culture. You will be leading a small loyalty team with a strong, value-based approach, focusing on collaboration to drive, motivate and instill an agile and innovative data-driven way of working. A key priority is to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships and secure cooperation with other group functions and local marketing teams across geographies.

Responsibilities:

- Set the strategy, business model and design of the loyalty program, as well as the tactical roadmap forward.
- Manage development projects within the program, aiming to drive increased demand and loyalty, optimizing the customer lifetime value and create revenue growth across geographies.
- Stakeholder in CRM-development projects that affects the loyalty program.
- Develop highly efficient and appreciated benefits and partnerships in co-operation with the rest of the loyalty team.
- Be a natural link between the loyalty team and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization is aligned in our work with customer loyalty.
- Drive, motivate and inspire the loyalty team and instill customer centric, agile and data-driven ways-of-working.
- Own and manage the PNL for the program as well as project budgets.

Who are you?

A commercial, customer centric and results-oriented leader with a track of creating high revenue and strong loyalty. You see the loyalty program as a brand carrier showing our true personality and you have a curious approach to what the next generation of loyalty programs can consist of. You're also a strong leader that can ensure that vision and strategy are aligned across your team members. The Scandic values resonate with you, and you intuitively understand that collaboration is a critical priority in building the new optimized organization. Experience working across multiple geographies in the Nordics and understanding of the hotel or travel industry, retail (or similar) are great asset too!
Experiences you bring and share with us

- 10+ years of experience in leading commercial roles.
- Experience from development of customer loyalty programs.
- Technical understanding and curiosity within the CRM field.
- Experience and understanding from sales/marketing within both B2C & B2B.
- Relevant post-secondary education.
- Ability and proven track record of cross-country collaboration and strong communication skills.
- Experience of agile ways of working.
- Experienced in digital and data-driven ways of working.
- Strategic and tactical mindset.
- Understanding of the hotel, travel industry or similar is meritorious.

Information about the position:

You will lead a team currently consisting of two colleagues within the loyalty program. The role reports directly to the Head of Group Brand & Marketing.

Details:

- Full-time position.
- Office location: Scandic Headquarter at Sveavägen 167 in Stockholm, Sweden.
