We are now looking for a Financial Analyst manager to lead and coordinate a highly skilled and engaged cost controlling team, lead and steer through key financial parameters, cost efficiency, driving financial risk management and forecast quality to optimize financial results. This also includes taking corrective actions for the operations to maintain good quality and control of the Financials. Increased standardization, digitalization as well as automation of analysis and related packages will also be enablers.

What you will do
Lead, build and coordinate a highly skilled and engaged cost team, continuously and proactively supervising key financial parameters, cost efficiency, driving financial risk management and forecast quality to optimize financial results. The also includes taking corrective actions for the operations to maintain good quality and control of the Financials. In the BNEW Finance function we strive for simplicity building on increased standardization, digitalization as well as automation of analysis and related packages. The responsibilities include among other:
Line Management, team building and competence development of highly skilled team of controllers /analysts including 2nd line management for the Repair BST team. Team stakeholders being mainly BNEW LT mgmt, Supply and Service Area Networks as well as MA interaction.
Be up to date, coordinate changes and drive adherence and development to the relevant financial models for Cost Control for Segment and BA
Ensure high quality closing & financial forecast by close team interaction with BNEW functions and other BA/MA/Group relevant units.
Supporting various BNEW LT's and provide Management Reporting & insight on monthly basis including performance mgmt. on strategy execution (aka Switch execution)
Support with cost related analysis and insight to the preparation of Quarterly material for Investor Relations for Segment Networks
Provide advice, recommendations and initiate actions concerning cost efficiency to the BC leadership team
Evolve and develop cost controlling finance roles in coordination and collaboration with Functional owner in Group Function Finance.
Participate and support digitalization projects, target setting, financial plan updates etc.
Drive simplification, digitalization activities in coordination with team and cost community, You support the team to innovate and drive reporting and analytics solutions
Support and partly drive Compliance och Business Critical Transformation execution including DAG (Detailed Application Guides)
You will bring
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications in Business Finance.
Experience:
A proven experience from similar and relevant position within Ericsson or relevant position at an external company giving the ability to act and perform the duties of the role
Experience and consistent track record of leading others, mentor and developing teams
Competences:
High level of business orientation combined with a good business (market, product and customer) understanding
Line manager experience from similar role
Very good understanding of Ericsson Business Process, Financial-and Delivery model as well as the Ericsson operating Model.
Good knowledge in Accounting & Reporting (also statutory) including well-founded knowledge of Financial systems and tool-suite for automation and visuals combined with analytical skills
Ability to establish and sustain good relationships with other units/partners
Personal Skills:
High degree of accountability and sense of integrity
Service minded and structured
Very good social and interpersonal skills, capable to diverse communication in an international environment, good influencing and storytelling Skills
Ability to simplify, good sense for details as well as high level thought leadership
Drive and build a climate focusing on simplification, standardization, "We-feeling", involvement, teamwork, and knowledge sharing
