Spanish restaurant in the center of Malmö that will work as a flagshipstore for premium spanish products. The place will serve food seven days per week, lunch, afterwork and dinners and clients will aslo be able to buy products to bring home.
Vibliotek will import products from more then twenty suppliers in Spain and Sweden and the goal is to become the main spanish restaurant in Malmö.

Operation job:
Responsible for selfinspection program, maintenance / updating (HACCP)
Main responsibility for production in serving warm dishes and cold buffet
Vending Orders from suppliers
Menu planning for the dishes of the day, weekend and weekly special menus
Maintain good kitchen economy
Inform dinnerware staff about content changes on menus, dishes and menu boards
Responsible for updated Allergy Lists
Inform and maintain the performance of cleaning, cooking practices and Filling Lists

Essential requirements:
Swedish to be able to work with all the duties above.
