What will you do?
As part of Travel Market Sweden, Group & Coach Sales is the Inhouse Sales team that actively works with sales within the segment coach, agents, conferences and other groups. In this role you will ensure that the customers receive the correct prices and information through the booking process, such as name lists, cabin allocation, meals and other onboard services. You are committed to develop and digitize the work of group sales together with your colleagues in the group. You will also participate in the content on the website for Bus & Group as well as structure of the site. You will also be involved in the content for the newsletter that is sent out once a month.

Some of your key responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales & booking for the coach, group and conference segments
• Actively support Partner Sales (agent, coach and other groups) and follow up on leads
• Support the marketing & sales team with product testing and other product & booking related issues
• Key account role for selected partners
• Participate in selected customer meetings and events
• Constantly improve the work process when it comes to Group & Coach booking and handling; requests for IT development, increase the degree of automation, benchmark with other internal & external units
• Develop the content for the web site for Bus & Group and for the newsletters to Bus & Group/Agents together with colleagues
• Tight collaboration with Contact Center Group booking team and continuously improve the collaboration
• Update Customer Data Base, handle invoices from suppliers as well as agreements
• Mailings to customers & prospects
• Participate in strategic price and product development projects when relevant ie "Group Handling"

The must have's:

• Experience from customer sales and bookings
• Used to working in systems such as Outlook, SLOOP, CCD, CCDA and PFA
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
