As manager for the "Sales Portal" you will lead three awesome Scrum teams of ambitious developers
You and your team are responsible for the Sales Portal platform that serves our great Salesforce at Scania. Within this platform, you build and maintain a high-quality product that enables Scania to sell our great products & services.
You will also be part of the management team within the Sales IT department. We believe in a modern leadership thinking, an agile way of working, and we think you will fit perfectly into that mindset.
We work from home and at the office. So with some planning, you will find a good work/life balance

Your main responsibilities will be to inspire and drive a great development culture where your team members get challenged to deliver great value and grow in their careers. You also collaborate closely with our business representatives and make business and IT work as one.
