We are recruiting a Group Centre of Expertise Process Development Leader to work as part of our Talent team within the People and Culture function.
To be successful in this role, you need to have several years of experience working in global organizations and teams as well as experience in talent development, learning and development, or other related fields. Furthermore, we expect you to have several years of experience in leading talent management programs and initiatives, including strategic planning and execution.
As CoE Process Development Leader, you need to have a good knowledge of Ingka retail countries and retail business as well as a good understanding of strategy development techniques. We expect you to be action, delivery, and problem-solving focused as well as being able to energise by influencing, connecting, and collaborating with different stakeholders.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, as Group CoE Process Development Leader, you will lead the strategic development and prioritization of CoE project and programs, ensuring alignment with the global CoE agenda, Ingka's future needs and designed with human centricity. Furthermore, you are responsible for developing a clear roadmap for the portfolio, outlining key initiatives, programs, and solutions while aligning with the CoE Manager to translate strategies into actionable tasks and ensure efficient delivery for the respective portfolio.
Once in the role you will guide the implementation of relevant end-to-end processes and contribute with subject matter expertise to secure standardized and automated ways of working and continuous improvement of processes, in collaboration with key stakeholders. Ensure that Talent processes operate efficiently and effectively by applying lean methodology and digitization to continuously optimize its processes by leveraging design thinking principles for enhanced co-worker experience.
One of your main responsibilities will be to develop and deliver CoE project and programs inclusive of global tools, solutions, vendors, ways of working, and methods securing performance in line with CoE needs. You are the one to secure consistent reporting and transparency in overall portfolio performance and status. Additionally, you are partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure portfolio performance and innovation delivering the future needs for Ingla and the CoE agenda.
Furthermore, you are defining the key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of CoE development programs. This means, you are responsible to track and analyse data, monitoring CoE processes and initiatives performance to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the best co-worker experience within CoE journeys, and breaking down CoE strategies, frameworks, and guidelines into actionable tasks, user stories, and technical specifications.
This is a permanent position based in Malmö, Sweden.
