hela Sverige Global Warranty has the global responsibility for Volvo CE warranty processes and warranty systems. Global Warranty is belonging to Volvo CE Technology within the Product Support organisation.
Main tasks:
• Find warranty process improvement potentials and their impacts and drive changes in a pedagogic way
• Secure that Terms and conditions and warranty process are considered in projects
• Understand and promote warranty requirements in projects
• Develop the warranty processes, e.g. warranty claim process and review process
Responsibilities:
• Develop and drive warranty process improvements and action plans optimized from a Volvo CE perspective
• Support stakeholders with relevant information facilitating actions to improve quality or in other way decrease warranty costs
• Clear communication of project status and the deliverables
• Proactive secure and manage deliverables in projects
• Active risk mitigation plans
Authorities:
• Manage that decided processes and T&C are followed and if not drive actions to close the gap
Competence:
• University degree
• Experience from heavy equipment industry
• Knowledge in Microsoft office applications
• Fluent English
• Experience from working in a global organization with different cultures
• Volvo CE product knowledge is a merit
• Project experience
• Warranty and/or aftermarket experience is a merit
• Service minded with a positive attitude

• Project managment skills, plan and run projects to meet stakeholders expectations
• Pedagogical skills, able to combine and present information both in writing and oral
• Communication skills and ability to interact with people in all organisational levels areas and on all levels in a trustworthy and confident way
• Negotiation skills, obtain and proritize Volvo objectives
• Change management skills with a natural aptitude for process improvements
• Skilled in understanding, developing and specifying processes
• Be able to package areas of improvements into initiatives
• Analytical, be able to analyze information and draw conclusions
