Job Description
As Global Sales Excellence Manager you act with other people in mind, prioritizing safety and well being. You also ensuring that we maintain an inclusive workplace and striving to continually diversify our teams in terms of gender, age, culture, and experience, is considered within Underground Marketing department to be a fundamental requirement for building world-class teams.
In the role as Global Sales Excellence Manager you will manage how we work within Underground Marketing globally.
You will:
Support other teams within the divisional Marketing department. Be the Subject Matter Experts, with mapping their critical processes, and lead the rollout and implementation globally
Lead cross functional teams to support the mapping of processes between Marketing and other departments, lead the rollout and implementation within the division
Implement and maintain customer center scorecards for process compliance, integrate those into the monthly Customer Center business updates.
Responsible for the global mapping of all sales and marketing/related software in use today, benchmarking, and streamlining to maximize our IT investments and costs, and where gaps exist, closing them by leading the implementation team for replacement of old or outdated systems
Work closely with the Branding and Communication team to develop best in class global policy and process documentation to ensure successful and sustainable change management
Develop process and system training materials, working with Epiroc University to ensure materials are available globally
You will lead the organization to ensure:
* That our processes are well defined, followed, and that compliance is measured and reported
* Our processes are streamlined to be as efficient as possible
Our sales and marketing systems are in use by the division
You will work in an open and collaborative way, ensuring communication is pushed to all stakeholders and ahead of demand, and that requests for change or assistance from our customers, internal or external, are answered efficiently and effectively from within their team.
Experience & knowledge requirements
* Minimum five years of process development experience & from managerial roles.
* You have a good understanding of Customer Relationship Management software or ability to quickly learn new technologies and software
* Project Management experience
* Experience in production and mining industries / environments
* Experience managing cost and / or budgets
* Exposure to and understanding of commodity-based markets
* Experience working in complex, interdisciplinary, cross-functional and global teams
* Experience successfully designing and driving change within an organization and/or team
* Good comprehension of basic and intermediary financial statements and calculations
Personality requirements

You have ability to influence stakeholders, to engage and inspire. You easily build good relationship builder and trust enabler. You are able to manage multiple projects without sacrificing schedule or quality. You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are fluent and professional in English, additional languages meritorious.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Travels up to 40%. In case a candidate from a different Home Country applies and is successful, then Local Terms and Conditions will apply.
