hela Sverige To cope with the increasing activities in the Oil & Gas market, we are now looking for an energetic person to join the team of Sales Developers in Lund. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a truly global environment and playing an important part in how Alfa Laval develop in the market. Alfa Laval is the leading supplier of plate heat exchangers to the Oil & Gas industry. High quality products and more than 40 years of experience of customer understanding has enabled us to build a premium market position. Who you are
Personal profile & qualificationsWe are primarily looking for an engineer with a genuine interest in business and sales development. You like to take initiatives and want to be involved in major decisions. We want you to be a team player, since global cooperation is important for our business and involves building networks within Alfa Laval and among our important customers. Ideally you have some years of experience from international GPHE business, a solid understanding of the Oil & Gas or Chemical processes and complex technical sales. You communicate fluently and efficiently in both spoken and written English.Responsibilities
Implement BU GPHE strategy
Actively support and travel to our sales companies to identify business opportunities and promote heat exchanger solutions for Oil & Gas industry
Secure early involvement into EPC business
Contribute to development of right offers and lead pricing strategy negotiations to satisfy customer needs
Follow-up ongoing large projects aiming to create winning spirit across organization to close the deal and increase hit rate
Together with other stakeholders within Alfa Laval set up and follow up business- and development initiatives: Shell & Tube Technology conversion, New application development new, market developments, new product launches etc
Actively improve our communication to the market: digital transformation & online presence, sustainability & energy efficiency
Seek for knowledge of our customers' processes, share it with other people in local sales organization
Engage in the development of training material, process and product knowledge in our global sales organisation
Ensure quality and support problem investigation
