Job Summary
System Quality within Development & Technologies (D&T) is the central organization for leading the quality agenda in development programmes, including the resolution for the company's highest prioritized issues.
We are now looking for a Global Resolution Leader to join our team of highly professionals. In this role, working in a close cooperation with colleagues in Services and Market Operations you structure a detailed understanding of the customer problems and lead the root cause analysis (RCA) to why issues occur.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden, but you will work in a global arena. You will travel approximately up to 20% of your time.
What you will do
As Global Resolution Leader, you lead support the resolution of issues centrally escalated to the development organization D&T. You ensure full understanding of the customer situations and define what are required to close the issues and provide information for the corrective action.
You will focus on:
Work with development D&T, programmes to support in the resolution and root cause analysis for complex escalated issues.
Lead implementation of local containment solutions and actions to prevent issue re-occurrence.
Act as ambassador for structured Problem-Solving-Methodology.
Communicate/ follow up on issue resolution, deploy group quality methodologies and tools.
We believe you have
You hold a master's degree in Mechanics/Mechatronics/Automation Engineer or related field.
It is required that you have minimum 5 years' experience working with Tetra Pak packaging equipment's portfolio.
It is good if you have PSM advanced certification and a bonus if you possess green belt in Six Sigma.
Furthermore, you have project management skills; take initiatives and you like to work in a team with varying competencies.
Your English skills are excellent, spoken as well as written.
