As a part of the transition, we are looking to strengthen our team with an ambitious and skilled Global People Business Partner with comprehensive knowledge and experience on how to run and implement HR projects. You will be a part of an agile, global team that delivers tasks on prioritised areas across different businesses in Schibsted.

You will be a credible and trusted People Business Partner who truly understands all aspects of the business and who dares to challenge with new thoughts and perspectives.

Your main tasks will be:

- Drive and support implementation of HR initiatives, processes and programs across Schibsted in close collaboration with the local people business partners supporting the overall strategic objectives of the business
- Support and drive in change management in various projects
- Be a strategic partner to the business on topics such as organisational design, compensation & benefits, coaching and performance management, talent management, employee satisfaction and retention, employer branding
- Partner with Centre of Excellence People functions on specialist topics (e.g. talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits) through our matrix organisation and collaborate in delivering specialist services and platforms to our business
- Champion a world class employee experience
- Deliver high business impact through relevant use of people data and analytics
- Contribute to HR projects across Schibsted and actively promote best practices
- Live our company values of being people-oriented, agile, collaborative and entrepreneurial

To succeed in this position, we believe you have the following capabilities:

- Comprehensive all round HR expertise and experience including a clear understanding of the link between HR and the business strategy
- Relevant education, minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant field
- Experience in project, change and stakeholder management
- You are a HR Partner who truly understands all aspects of the business and who dares to challenge with new thoughts and perspectives
- You have worked within a matrix organisation, and you can demonstrate an understanding of what this entails
- Experience in working or managing project teams focused on delivery on a global scale
- Experience in organisational design and development
- You have the ability to influence and advise others
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent English, written and spoken

This role will be based in Oslo/Stockholm/Krakow/Gdansk and reports to Director of Global Business Partner Team. The role will be a part of an exciting global People community.
