Your mission
As Global Intercompany Process Manager you will during the first 12-24 months be the project leader for a transformation project for the Epiroc Intercompany process area, executing on an approved plan from Epiroc Finance Council that will bring transformation end-to-end, in the areas of process, systems, organization and analytics.
In this role you will gradually build a future global finance intercompany team that will manage the to-be processes and systems, throughout the Epiroc organization. You will have team members located in the different RCoE:s (Regional Centers of Excellence). This role is broad and offers opportunities for growth in an international setting, leading strategic projects and taking the long-term lead for continuous improvements in an important area.
Some of your main responsibilities will be:
• Build, develop and manage the Global Finance Intercompany team.
• Pro-actively drive alignment and standardization of processes with a continuous improvement attitude.
• Identify and develop the best ERP agnostic solution for the finance intercompany process area for Epiroc in close collaboration with stakeholders from other process areas and secure that the objectives of the projects related to improved quality and efficiency are met.
• Perform testing, validation, and coordinate development work within the Finance team and with other stakeholders.
• Maintenance of template documentation, work instructions and user-friendly training material within your area.
• Keep yourself up to date with trends and new functionality, to enable the best possible development of the process solution and system template, including focus on automation and efficiency improvements.
• Secure that intercompany finance processes are in line with relevant legal reporting and accounting regulations.
Location and travel
The location of the position is Örebro, Sweden or Prague, Czech Republic.
Some international business travel will be required in this role.

Your profile
• You have a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience of working within Finance and/or Business Controlling in a multinational company.
• Leadership, project and change management experience is required.
• Experience from Financial Accounting/Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable areas is a factor for success in the role.
• Strong command of written and spoken English. Other language would be an advantage.
• Experience from Infor M3 and Power BI is a strong plus.
• We also expect you to have excellent analytical and administrative skills.
• To be successful, you should also be self-motivated, result oriented, service minded and adaptable to change
• The job requires a lot of collaboration both internally and externally so good interpersonal and communications skills are a prerequisite to be successful in this role.
• An enterprising personality is desired, with a capacity to deliver in line with expectations and objectives as the work is conducted with full responsibility and flexibility within given frames.
