Maintenance Management
-Drive the maintenance activities in a cost
-efficient manner
-Prioritizing and decision making within approved frames for maintenance budget, application maintenance plans and change requests
-Prepare presentations for Application Governance meetings (report and follow-up of maintenance plan, updates to budget and change requests, yearly budget and maintenance plan)
-Propose updates to budget and change requests
Support
-Coordinate/safeguard 1st and 2nd line support for functional questions
-Coordinate/safeguard the creation of training material (for users and administrators)
-Coordinate/safeguard the set-up of training sessions
-Establish within first line and safeguard the incident management process (business requirements)
Change Management
-Consolidate, prioritize and prepare change requests based on business requirements
-Establish within business and safeguard the change management process (business requirements)
-Coordinate/validate new versions and proposed upgrades of application software from business perspective
-Coordinate/safeguard functional verification after changes and SW(Software) upgrades
-Coordinate/safeguard the creation of test cases for recurring testing
Operations
-Manage disaster/recovery demands
-Secure maintenance documentation
-Follow-up and report including KPI's and total business application cost (TCO)
-Suggest financing model and distribution keys
-Coordinate Business Reference Group
-Promote applications for increased usage
-Coordinate between Divisions/ CCs/PCs/DCs/locations/countries
-Coordinate hand-over activities from Projects to Maintenance
Educational and experience requirements
University degree with some years of experience from application maintenance management (pm3), purchasing process and project management. The ideal candidate should also have a strong customer focus and a solid purchasing and sourcing understanding.
Good command of English (verbal and written) is a must.
Personality requirements and Core Competences
We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented person with an openness to changes and who works pro-actively. In order to be successful, you must have a high level of personal drive and strong analytical skills. This position requires very strong communication skills, work effectively via teleconferences with global team members, and work closely with local colleagues, and present performance results to upper management.

Job description
Atlas Copco Business Area Mining and Rock Excavation Technique (MR) will increase their focus of standardisation of processes and applications.
We are therefore looking for a Global Application Manager Sourcing for the Purchasing process (Purchase to Pay) with the mission and ambition to maintain and improve the application portfolio within the purchasing process. Focus will be on standardization between the divisions and roll out standard applications globally in Customer centers, Product companies and Distribution centers.
Current standard applications that today are included in the application portfolio for purchasing:
-Supplier Collaboration Portal
-Pipechain
-Medius Flow
-Qlikview (Purchasing)
-Contracts & Agreements
This position reports to the MR Purchasing Council Chairperson and will work in close cooperation with the Global Process Manager Sourcing as many standard purchasing application will be rolled out as satellite applications in the MORE project (roll out of M3 in all CCs, PCs and DCs).
