MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.

MultiMind is now looking for a part-time German speaking Customer Representative within Debt Collection to one of our customers.  Our customer is working with secure and simple payment solutions within e-commerce. The company is fast growing and for the right person there are good opportunities for development within the company. The project starts immediately and is ongoing.

You will handle issues regarding debt collection. This includes receiving calls, mails and fax from customers regarding reminders, payments and invoices. The role also includes to set up payment plans with customers. To do a valuation of every case, traces the problem and help the customers to a solution will be part of your daily tasks.

We are looking for a person who are fluently in German and English. If you have experience within customer care that is positive. You are service minded, driven and positive. You can prioritize, work under pressure and are flexible. If you enjoy working in a fast-moving company and are result orientated this is the right position for you. You can work independently as well as in a team and always strive to find the best solution.
