JTC Linked are looking for professional candidates with advanced degrees and experience in Business Controlling, Banking, Finance and Management.
The professional candidate should have a strong background and academic certifications in Financial Accounting and Reports, Management Accounting, Finance, Banking, Business Management or Social Science.
Recent graduates with excellent academic records from the above-mentioned degrees will also be taken into consideration.
Essential Skills
Advanced degrees (Bsc, Msc, PhD) in the above stated disciplines or related disciplines with 2+ years post academic and/or professional experience.
Professional certifications related to your experience and profession.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in cross-functional teams and cross-cultural teams.
Excellent communication and strong leadership skills.
Excellent knowledge of English language and strong interest in learning Swedish language.
Experience in monitoring and enforcing KPIs.
Experience in applying best practices to processes, people, and systems to impact revenue, profitability, and cash flow.
High drive, entrepreneurial attitude, and good interpersonal skills.
Stakeholder management experience.
Practical Experience
Strong experience and practical skills in business and finance ERPs such as SAP, Oracle Finance and MS Dynamics 365.
Agile Methodologies and Change Management Experience.
