Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2020 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 1-2 years connected to your specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world! And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

We are recruiting Two Future Talents to join Tetra Pak Technical Services working in commercial and business-oriented roles either as Associate Product Manager or as Associate Product Specialist within two different parts of our Services organization. Both organizations focus on driving Services market growth, manage customer facing operations across the Services Portfolio, drive Profit and Loss for Services, implementing Services Strategy, drive down Cost to Serve, Product and Portfolio Management and provide Global Sales Support.
As Future Talent Associate Product Manager you will become part of The Liquid Food Upgrades Team within Services Upgrades & Plant Components Organization. You will with your team focus on our Products and Solutions, enhancing their functionality of customers' product and equipment. Your focus will be on Product lifecycle management, be responsible Product Manager for some of our Service Categories towards the market.
As Future Talent Associate Product Specialist you will become part of The Consumables Team within Services Parts and Consumables organization. You will with your team focus on our Consumables Products and Solutions portfolio, developing our sales and customers. Your focus will be on specific Products and Solutions, becoming a Technical Product Specialist and supporting our business. You will work with fast growing consumables products and solutions, delivering technical support and work with customer improvements projects across our different clusters and markets in order to drive market growth.
We hope that you both develop into important Business Development Leaders for our Services organization.

Furthermore, you are business oriented, Customer Focused and of course passionate about the area of Product Development & Lifecycle Management, Business Development and driving Continuous Improvement.
Qualifications
• You have a Master's degree within Engineering/Science or a mix of Engineering-Management.
• You have finished your Master's in 2019 or will finish your Master's spring 2020 (newly graduate).
• It's necessary you have both a Commercial profile / Customer focus and a technical profile.
• You possibly have maximum of one-year relevant experience commercial business development/sales.
• Skills within TPM - Lean Six Sigma is desired within ideal candidate.
• You're fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
• This Programme requires that you are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during rotations internally.
• Previous international studies/experience is considered as a merit in this recruitment.
