hela Sverige As a MS Dynamics 365 Master Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and maintaining master data quality in MS Dynamics CRM and Power BI tools to ensure all data is registered and stored securely, accurately, consistently, and easily accessible. You also will be supporting our sales representatives in maintaining document quality to ensure consistency of documentation practices across Tietoevry. In addition, you will participate in optimizing efficiency of our current data and document management.
As a MS Dynamics 365 Master Data Management Analyst you will be responsible for:
Governance and KPIs
Analyze and maintain the quality of master data within the CRM system, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Provide CRM User Support, primarily for MS Dynamics and Zendesk, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and user satisfaction.
Engaging in daily interactions with Sales Representatives, offering support and insights to streamline the sales process.
Collaborate with central IT and cross-functional support teams on troubleshooting high impact systems and enhancing system functionalities.
Tools
Solid understanding and experience with MS Dynamics 365 and Zendesk, with the ability to navigate, update, and troubleshoot.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with QlickView, Targit, and Power BI.
Experience with front-end development in Power BI.
Competence
Proven experience in master data management and data analytics.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team, multitask, and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, with a holistic problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
Highly developed soft skills with communication, leadership, and customer centricity in focus.
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills/Experience
Background in finance and accounting processes and tools.
An understanding of the Nordic mindset and business culture, work experience in the international business environment.
Leadership behavior
Active promoter and role model for monitoring, measuring and improving the quality of master data.
Self-knowledge, curiosity and continuous learning in order to obtain common understanding of challenges and how to find the solution.
