We belong to the Automotive branch who delivers the Snapdragon Digital Chassis. One of these platforms is the Snapdragon Ride Platform - Advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) and automated driving (AD) platforms built around low-power, high-performance System on a Chip (SoC) platforms, flexible vision solutions and an SDK for simulation and continuous learning. The Snapdragon Ride Platform and SDK are supporting automakers to build cars that are connected to networks, the cloud, other cars, pedestrians, traffic, and infrastructure systems. The Snapdragon Ride Platform is at the forefront of the intelligent and connected automotive transformation, gaining momentum with global automakers and Tier 1 suppliers worldwide. In Sweden we consist of around 520 colleagues situated in Linköping, Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Lund. In Linköping, our Vision software is developed in cross-functional teams based on agile principles.
Can you drive development of award-winning deep-learning perception software?
At our technical center based in Linköping we are developing world class vision perception systems for customers worldwide. As a site, we work closely together to design, develop, and deliver an integrated, customized SoC and software stack platform to global automakers and Tier-1 suppliers.

We are now in an expansive phase with new customers and the team of Function owners need to be strengthen.
What you'll do?
You will work in a team together with other Function owners, each responsible for a specific subset of functions.
Function owner will act as the Qualcomm interface towards the customer for the functions you have been assigned to, where you will ensure alignment between Qualcomm and the customer. This gives you the opportunity to have a strong saying in how the product shall be designed both in design and in time.
An important part is to set a feature-roll-out-plan, with performance goals that satisfies both the customer requirements and that is feasible for the development and if needed help making adjustments of the scope for either customer or development with the goal to follow the feature-roll-out-plan. You will continuously present the progress of the development, status of requirements and verification to the customer with support from the development organization.
As the Function owner and interface to the customer, you will approve feature testing results and ensure fulfillment of performance goals and when approved present this to the customer.
Internally, you will act as a stakeholder requirement champion to the development to ensure that stakeholder requirements are fulfilled. As a Functional owner you will be the first person to verify the new/improved functions in a vehicle.
At the end, your goal is to keep the customer happy by being proactive and raise problems early.

Experience of Agile Practices, promote team collaboration and information sharing
Understands the fundamental of the technical domain, and software development processes
Interest in working with continuous improvements and learning practices
Good technical leadership, planning and organization/control skills
The ability to communicate effectively and present complex ideas to peers, management and customers
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Bonus if you have experience working with embedded software
Keen interest to learn new technology and use this in dialogue with the customer.
As a person you need to be assertive, situationally aware, and able to facilitate discussions due to different approaches. You must be able to lead and facilitate events as needed.
